127 Marvel’s Civil War

Welcome back to the Neverland Podcast!
The Marvel Universe is at war with itself, and of course we’re there to cover it all for you!
Back in 2006, Marvel released 7 issues of a comic called, Civil War. Along with these comics, nearly every title in the Marvel U had tie in stories on how the catastrophic events effected the characters in those titles. It was one of the most controversial stories ever published by Marvel, and now it’s the background for a major motion picture.
Not only will the Spider-Pan Jeremy review the movie, he will take the time to talk with Lost Boy Eric about this Marvel event that changed history in the M.U. Before that conversation however, it’s customary to take a ride at a Disney Park and also enjoy some Neverland Story Time, this week featuring The Amazing Spider-Man!

119 Spider-Man and Marvel’s Secret Wars

Welcome back to the Neverland Podcast!
Are you as excited as I am about Captain America: Civil War? If you aren’t, then maybe you haven’t seen the new trailer that was released this week. If you haven’t seen that trailer, then maybe you haven’t on your computer this week. Or maybe you’ve been off planet.
Anyone that has spent any time on social media will have seen Spider-Man’s appearance in the new trailer! It’s time to visit the Neverland Trailer Park to talk about what the Spider-Pan thought of this new trailer!
In keeping with our Marvel theme this week, Jeremy will share with you a panel he recorded back in August featuring the Marvel creative team responsible for the Secret Wars. 117 Star Wars, and Dragons, and Cars…OH MY!

Welcome back to the Neverland Podcast!
Dragons and comics and Cars…OH MY…..DISNEY!
This week’s Neverland Podcast is so packed full of goodness I wasn’t sure exactly where I wanted to begin! But then it hit me…STAR WARS! We were given quite a treat last Sunday as Harrison Ford himself gave us another peak at the Star Wars experience coming to Disney Parks! There was also an announcement for a new pricing plan and a brand new ride coming to Cars Land in Disney’s California Adventure!
Pixie Heather and Pan Jeremy went to see “Eddie the Eagle”, a movie that feels like Disney, even if it wasn’t released by them. Naturally they are both hear to share their thoughts in a review before we ski over to the Neverland Trailer Park.
Lost Boy Phill joins The Pan to share our thoughts about the new teaser for the re-imagined Pete’s Dragon. We have some fond memories of this Disney classic film which leaves some very high expectations for this new film.
In movie news, WB just dropped a very interesting piece of news in light of the hard R rated hit, Deadpool. Will this effect our movie watching experience in the future?
And finally, Lost Boy Eric takes us deep into Cars Land for a rip-roarin’ ride on Radiator Springs Racers!

It’s time to return to the Marvel Universe, and in a decidedly more cinematic venture!
But first we’ll take some time to visit the Neverland Trailer Park to take a look at PeeWee’s Big Holiday, and Netflix exclusive movie which features the triumphant return of PeeWee Herman!
This week in the Neverland Story Time we’ll enjoy the classic tale from Disney’s Bedknobs and Broomsticks. This is a fun tale of a good witch-to-be still learning the basics who takes some kids on a fun journey on a magical bed!
Lost Boy Eric sent us some more great audio from Disneyland, and this time he’s hanging around in Cars Land to take a ride with his daughter on Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree!
Next we’re joined by Dale Wentland from the D-Cast! He’s here to talk about the history of comic book films from Marvel and DC and we’ll look ahead to what’s coming up next. He’s got some interesting opinions on the current MCU and developing DCCU that you’ll enjoy!

115 Disney Music Makes a Love Story

Welcome back to the Neverland Podcast!
It’s Valentine’s Day! We certainly hope you are not one of the people in the world that get depressed or just plain hate this day, because we are going to celebrate it here in Neverland!
We’ll begin with a visit to the Neverland Trailer Park to take a look at the final trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice to see something that has nothing to do with love, but of two superheroes beating each other silly.
Have you ever wondered what your life would be like set to Disney music? Well today you’re going to hear the romantic and silly story of Spider-Pan meets WendyNerd from awkward romance to wedding event set to various Disney songs. I have painstakingly selected some favorite songs from some Disney classic movies that fit just every moment perfectly. Sort of. Okay…prepare for a lot of bad segues that had Heather rolling her eyes at me. The end result is a good story and a whole lot of fun.
