At last, the long, hot summer is giving way to the cool, crisp air of autumn, and that means that the new television season is at last upon us!  I have scoured the listings of new shows trying to decide what might catch my interest, and I have come up with a list of shows that I will be checking out as they premier.  Some of these shows I am actually genuinely interested in seeing, while others, I will be watching simply for the curiosity factor of the particular show.  Here is the list of shows I personally will be checking out, along with the reasons why I am interested in them.  The question remains, how many of these shows will actually be any good, and how many of them will be utter dreck.  The answers to those questions will be revealed as the premier weeks unfold, so stay tuned my friends.  In the meantime, you can see if you and I have any similar choices, or even similar reasons for our choices.  This article will cover the shows starting in September.  I will cover the shows starting in October in a future article.
